• • Resolution: replacement file or alternative solution.

Physical Products (CDs, Vinyl, Merchandise)

 

• • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• • Items must be in original, undamaged condition.

• • Proof of purchase required.

• • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

Refunds

 

• • Processed 7-10 business days after receipt.

• • Refunds go to the original payment method.

Damaged / Defective Items
